Meet the Founder
My name is Noah Parr and we are the Incredibles… No really, look it up the Incredibles’ last name is Parr.
I originally grew up in Central Florida on and around orange groves where I learned to work hard and deeply care for those that feed America… Our incredible Farmers.
I graduated from Polk State College with a Bachelor’s in Business with a focus on Information Technology. I worked for five years in the real estate industry before trusting God and moving to Waynesville, NC. Shortly after moving here I joined a local H-2A firm and learned every aspect of supporting farmers’ labor needs with the H-2A program.
Throughout my journey with this organization I had the opportunity to speak at events across the country for Growmark, the National Ag Aviation Association, the Farm Progress Show, and numerous others I have had the privilege of supporting thousands of farmers and cooperatives with their labor needs and I look forward to serving you too!
I decided to part ways with that organization and create my own agency with a focus on transparent, more-affordable cost schedules, and a focus on the individuals we serve rather than the numbers we serve.
