Reliable Labor, Made Easy

How Our Service Works

  • Every new client starts with a free consultation. You will meet directly with our CEO Noah Parr where you will discuss your business needs and gather relevant information to get you started. You will also discuss relevant costs of the program but in a constant effort of transparency, you can always see that information on our home page as well.

  • Should you decide to proceed we will then send you our onboarding documents to read and sign. Once executed we will begin gathering the documents we will need to submit to the Government. These items will include your proof of workers comp, proof of your Federal EIN Number, a business bank statement, and a business invoice.

  • Once we gather the documents we need to submit to the government we will then need to fill out your H-2A application. During this phase we will help you develop your job description, list any specific job requirements, and compile all necessary details needed to get your paperwork submitted successfully.

  • Once we have all of the relevant details we will need to apply for your labor you can begin interviewing your future workers. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to select the right crew for you so we recommend you start looking as soon as possible!

  • Our goal is always to submit your paperwork to the government as soon as possible. On day 75 before your start date we are able to submit your paperwork to your State Workforce Agency. After submission the state workforce agency will have a week to respond to your application. Once they respond letting us know your application is approved we will then apply to the Department of Labor. If they do not respond we will move on to the Department of Labor after the 7 day minimum wait period.

  • The next main phase of the process is submitting your paperwork to the Department of Labor. During this phase the government will verify that your job is seasonal and agricultural. Your job will also be posted publicly for domestic workers to be able to apply for the position. You must interview any and all domestic workers that apply and make note of why you did/did not hire them. This information will be captured in a recruitment report we must submit to the government before we can receive your labor certificate.

Sometimes this phase can be lengthy as the government can fall behind during the busy season leading up to spring. The government has all the way until 30 days before your start date to approve your application.

Generally during this period of time a state home inspector will come out and make sure your housing is compliant with H-2A rules and regulations.

  • Once your housing is inspected and we receive your Labor Certificate from the Department of Labor we will need to petition the USCIS for your visas. This step can take 2-3 weeks to mail in all paperwork and wait for the USCIS to process and return the I-797 approved.

  • Once the I-797 is approved with the consulate your out-of-country workers can make a consulate appointment and apply for entry into the U.S. This process varies greatly as it is dependent on which consulate they are going through and whether or not they have been to the U.S. before on a work visa.

  • Once the workers receive consulate approval they will work with their agent to book their flight and fly to the U.S. Once they arrive they can begin working, however we recommend giving them a day or two to rest and recover from the trip across the world.

You must also reimburse the workers travel costs, consulate fee, and any meals during travel by the time of their first paycheck.

$2,000 per application + $500 per additional worker

Our fees are straightforward: we charge $2,000 per application and an additional $500 for each worker requested after one, along with any applicable USCIS fees which is determined by and paid to the Government at the time of filing. With our support, clients can navigate this complex process with confidence and ease.

What does our service cost?

FLC Made Easy LLC is a full service H-2A Agency that can help you obtain reliable temporary foreign labor from start to finish. Should you choose to work with us we will start with a free-consultation call where we will first see if you qualify for the program. This begins with determining if your job is agricultural, seasonal, and then determining the start and end dates that will work best for your business. We then help gather all relevant details to fill out the H-2A applications that will be filed with your State Workforce Agency, the Department of Labor, as well as the USCIS.

Once we have all relevant information for the paperwork side, we start the fun part… Finding qualified, reliable labor! We mainlt work with recruiters in South Africa that are dedicated to finding workers with the skills relevant to what you need most. We will put you directly in touch with the recruiters to share your needs where they will work to match you with the best possible candidates for your job. You will then have the opportunity to conduct one on one interviews to ask the hard questions related to your business to insure the best possible fit. Once you select the right worker(s) for you we will then work with the recruiters to coordinate the trip to the consulate, plane tickets, and all other relevant steps to get them working on your farm. What Sets Us Apart?

As you have researched the H-2A program, you have probably noticed we aren’t the only people doing this thing. So how are we different? Many of the core providers of the H-2A industry are massive companies with a large number of employees. This always leads to clients feeling like a number. Should you choose to work with one of these agencies, you can expect to speak to 10 or more different people as they process your paperwork. This leads to constant confusion as they try to piece your paperwork together, your desires never fully heard and understood, and you never know who to call when you need help!

Our founder Noah previously worked in an organization setup like this and saw the constant strife that this caused clients. Their solution was always, we just need to hire more people! We want to take a different approach to the H-2A world and provide a one-on one service to our clients, always. If you work with us you will never feel like you are being passed around like a hot-potato. You will also know the ball won’t get dropped because you aren’t worrying about a convoluted process map of 30 people trying to collaborate on paperwork that could be simplified and completed by one.
